         In a world where junior positions require five years of experience, YoungCapital NEXT takes on the challenge to make starters start and employers value their part. And to be able to do just that, they needed an identity that’s bold, yet human. So, we based an identity system on grit. From easygoing waves to big bold curves and sharp edges, we equipped YoungCapital NEXT with guidelines that allow them to be in full control of the volume button.

Tailored for the ambitious and the bold, we crafted a distinct identity that embodies growth and resilience, matched with a dynamic typography system that shouts ‘grit’ and celebrates individuality.
